A roast record I have been waiting to do for awhile, one of the big dogs of speciality coffee, Assembly, and this is a great pick to showcase them. Based in Brixton, London, and enjoyed in plenty of cafes up and down the UK. If you have ever visited a speciality coffee shop, there's a good chance you have had Assembly's house espresso roast.
