A box for a coffee – interesting. Module release coffees in limited amounts, and M21 was limited to 350. I'm super excited for this one, so let's jump in and discover.

A very technical coffee with some very complex flavours. A light orange and lemongrass finish – I can describe this coffee as bright and sweet. Very tea-like but roasted darker than the light the box suggests.
Highly recommend as a pour-over, as this brings out all the lovely flavours. Also great as a batch brew and aeropress.
Module history
Module has an interesting past, as they were part of Lowdown Coffee in Edinburgh and eventually launched as module in 2025.
Module are dedicated to being precise and strive to be the best at data-first coffee roasting. They claim to be a deliberately small team.
There are so many amazing roasters and coffee shops popping up in Edinburgh, and Module may be one of the best.
Summary
This is one of the best coffees I have had in a while, just in terms of the consistently good cups and amazing packaging. 100% check them out.
Priced at £19 for the 200g, as they don't sell bigger boxes, but I paid £25, as I brought it from a local coffee shop. Not a bad price, honestly.
