Our goal for this page is to shed light on some of the world's best independent coffee shops as well as aid the next cafe owner or home barista in finding their next coffee or give them inspiration in setting up their venture.

In 2024, I embarked on a journey east, travelling the east coast of Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asia. This inspired me to create this blog to document incredible coffee shops, bars, and carts.
