Coffee
Another anaerobic natural done right, perfectly balanced, nothing exiting, which sounds like a bad thing but makes this coffee great at being consistent.
Great filter brew and batch brew; I have to say it would be perfect for a house batch at a small cafe. Punchy apricot with a subtle dark chocolate finish.
Huge fan of this one; always exited when I see it in a coffee shop.
Carters' past
Carter Coffee started in early 2025 with simple packaging and a bright-coloured font. They have some interesting coffees which have subsequently boosted their sales, making them a staple in some cafes all around the UK.
They most recently opened up their physical location in April 2026 in the city of Edinburgh.

Conclusion
An amazing coffee, as I said, nothing special, but that's its charm. This is 100% one to try and one that coffeeshops should consider if looking for their next batch brew.
Priced at £54.00 a kg, it's very cheap for its consistent build. It could be priced higher in my opinion, which I don't get to say often.
