This coffee is an amazing blend consisting of 36% Brazilian, 30% Honduran, 29% Colombian and 11% Indonesian. This allows complex, balanced flavour to become prominent. Balanced is exactly what this coffee is making it exellant with milk.
Best in a flat white, as it has milk but is still an espresso-heavy drink with taste notes of milk chocolate and crisp apple. The espresso has a surprising citrus aroma.
Allpress's history
Started in 1986 from a coffee cart in Victoria Park, Auckland, New Zealand, by Michael Allpress. Since then, Allpress has established an empire across several countries like Australia, Japan and England.
As of 2026, Allpress has opened a large commercial roastery in Reservoir, Melbourne.
In 2021 Allpress was sold to the Asahi Group, who are known for the beer.
Conclusion
To finish this coffee is one of the best blends I have ever tried. Bring the best of a few worlds, making this a Swiss Army knife of coffee.
Priced at a low £39.80 a kg. For a consistently good espresso or a mainstay house roast.
